Upon arrival, our lively host will greet you and set the mood for an unforgettable evening. You’ll then be guided by our expert mixologists as you craft four signature cocktails, each with a unique Caribbean twist, using fresh ingredients and premium spirits. It’s your chance to shake, stir, and taste your way through some amazing flavors while learning the secrets behind each drink.

To keep things lively, we’ll have our resident DJs spinning Caribbean beats throughout the night, creating the perfect vibe for your cocktail-making adventure. And if you’re feeling hungry before the fun kicks off, why not grab a bite to eat and line your stomach and get ready for an evening of great drinks and even better company?
The night wouldn’t be complete without a little friendly competition. We’ll have interactive games and challenges with fantastic prizes up for grabs—so get ready to show off your cocktail knowledge and win big!

Alison was eager to celebrate her 50th year in style, and what better way to do it than with a mix of in-person and virtual celebrations? After consulting with Alexis, they decided that hosting a Room & Zoom gathering would be perfect. This allowed Alison to connect with guests in person and virtually from all over the world.

The evening kicked off with a welcome mix and mingle, complete with drinks. This was followed by a live-streamed chat about Alison's journey to 50, which was enjoyed by everyone in the room and those tuning in from Zoom around the globe. The celebration continued with a mixology class, as Tye led the guests in making three unique cocktails crafted especially for the birthday girl.
